JCN 3D Printing – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy is designed to align with your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

1. Custom & Bespoke 3D Prints

No Right to Cancel: In accordance with UK law, the standard 14-day cooling-off period does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized. Because custom 3D prints are manufactured based on your specific files, dimensions, or material requests, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind once production has commenced.

Cancellations: You may cancel a custom order for a full refund only if production/printing has not yet started.

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, any goods you buy from us must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described.

Your Rights: If your 3D print arrives damaged in transit, features a major manufacturing defect that stops it from functioning as intended, or is the incorrect item, you have the right to a reprint (replacement) or a full refund.

Timeframe: You must report any faults or damages within 30 days of receiving the item to be eligible for a full refund.

How to Claim: Please email us at [Your Business Email] with your order number and clear photographic evidence of the fault or damage. We may ask you to return the faulty item to us (at our expense) for inspection.

3. Standard (Non-Custom) Products

(Note: Keep this section only if you sell pre-printed, off-the-shelf items or supplies like raw filament).

For non-customized, stock items, you have the statutory right to change your mind and cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods.

Items must be returned to us unused, unaltered, and in their original packaging within 14 days of your cancellation notice.

Unless the item is faulty, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

4. Processing Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued within 14 days of us agreeing to the refund (or within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back).

Refunds will be made via the original payment method.
